are both 1980 graduates of RHEMA Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. John’s background consists of Business and Helps Ministry as well as Ministry Administration while Michelle has worked for Kenneth Hagin Ministries (2 years) and for Cameneti Ministries (3 years). Together, John & Michelle pastored Faith Outreach Fellowship in Terre Haute, Indiana, for 3 years before leaving for the mission fields of Germany.
When first arriving in Germany in 1993, John & Michelle worked in conjunction with Mark Brazee Ministries directing a School of Ministry – one of a network of such schools throughout Europe. Their mission was to train students called into the fivefold ministry and who committed to enter fulltime ministry immediately upon graduation. Graduates held crusades and Bible Studies in cities without churches. With converts from these meetings, new churches were planted and pastored by the students.
At present, the Grunewalds are “stationed” as directors of RHEMA Germany. Their ministry consists of RHEMA Bible Church, founded in May, 1999, and RHEMA Bible Training Center founded in October, 1999, both located in Bonn, Germany, and directly affiliated with Kenneth Hagin Ministries in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, USA. These entities exist to serve the greater Bonn-Köln area and the Rheinland in Germany, greater Europe and the World with a high quality, multi-lingual, Biblebased education for all age groups. They provide a supportive learning and teaching environment, which benefits the whole man ~ spirit, soul and body. This enables each person to develop and fulfill his or her potential, assume individual responsibility and develop respect for self and others.
As an international Ministry, they actively promote an appreciation of diverse cultures and languages. They guide their members and students in becoming skillful in acquiring and applying Biblebased knowledge creatively, realizing they have a lifetime of learning before them.
